What are your candles made of?

Every Bound in Wax candle is hand-poured in small batches using coconut apricot wax and cotton wicks.

How long will my candle burn?

Roughly 40 hours, depending on size and how well you follow the candle care rituals.

Why do some scents disappear?

Many of our candles are limited or seasonal batches. When the cauldron runs dry, they're gone, sometimes forever, sometimes until they mysteriously return. Join the Coven to get first dibs.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are poured and packed within 2-3 business days, then shipped via USPS. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the apothecary.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Oh no! Email us at boundinwax@gmail.com within 3 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
